Sri Mohd Ghousuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that challenging the suspension orders, the present writ petition is filed. He has further submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner was terminated from service, and challenging the same, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.23194 of 2015 and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. Recording the above submission, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
