This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner- accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.183 of 2015 on the file of I Town Police Station, Nalgonda, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the SCs & STs (POA) Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the de facto complainant attended an enquiry in the Court of Joint Collector regarding the caste issue of one Chilukuri Rajitha. When he came out from the chamber of Joint Collector, the petitioner picked up a quarrel and abused him in filthy language by using the name of his caste and threatened him.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The petitioner-accused is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application for regular bail. On such application being filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same on the same day in accordance with law.
