THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10446 OF 2019 ORDER:

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Ms. P. Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 26.04.2019 in W.P.No.9206 of 2019.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the impugned letter dated 24.04.2019 is set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners application for building permission in accordance with the existing Master Plan within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
