THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35768 OF 2015 O R D E R :

In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the proceedings dt.16.10.2015 of the 2nd respondent contemplating civil, criminal and other institutional proceedings against the petitioner, who is said to be retiring on 30.11.2015.

2. As of date no proceedings appears to have been initiated pursuant to the impugned order.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as premature. However, as and when any such proceedings are initiated pursuant to the impugned order, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge not only the impugned order but also the consequential proceedings initiated against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
