The case of the petitioner is that she has filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the refusal order dated 14.09.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent, under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908. As no orders are passed in the appeal, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, against the refusal order is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
