Learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.), appearing for the respondentState, submits that petitioner/accused No.2 is already arrested in connection with Crime No.24 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Atmakur Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) R/w.20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, on 18.03.2018. In the light of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
