THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11221 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 in Cr.No.316 of 2014 on the file of Station House Officer, Etcherla Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323 and 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after conducting investigation the police filed charge sheet in the above matter.

3 In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this case. Hence the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
