R.Madhavi Latha, representing on behalf of Sri P.Yadagiri Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
