The petitioner has filed a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action in pursuance of the complaint/FIR.No. 687 of 2015, dated 07/10/2015 for the offences punishable under section 3 [i] [ix] of SC/ST [POA] Act, 1989 section 448, 509, 323, 354-B, 427 read with section 34 of IPC as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [TS].

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet is filed, vide P.R.C.No. 11 of 2016 on the file of the Court of IIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, Kukkatpally, Ranga Reddy district.

4. Considering the representation of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home since no cause is surviving in this writ petition and the same became infructuous.

5. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
