THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3941 OF 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersaccused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.6698 of 2022 pending on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, filed for the offences punishable under Section 498-4 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 State Perused the record.

Keeping in view that both the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2 are Senior Citizens, without going into the facts of the case, this Couft deems it appropriate to direct the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, to conclude the process of trial in the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) &
months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 4.
