Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner company in these two cases, filed Memos dated 19.08.2019 therein, stating that the petitioner company wishes to avail the remedy of appeal provided to it and sought permission to withdraw the writ petitions reserving liberty to the petitioner company to do so.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner company to invoke the appellate remedy in accordance with law.
