THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5812 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both counsel this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner is retired from service. Ventilating his service grievance petitioner claims to have submitted several representations to the authorities. But the same were not acted upon causing lot of hardship and suffering to him. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.

The documents enclosed to the writ petition would disclose that the representations are forwarded to Assistant General Manager, Region-II, Zonal Office of the respondent-Bank, who appears to be the competent authority.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the Assistant General Manager, Region-II, Zonal Office, State Bank of Hyderabad, within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, ventilating all his grievances and referring the earlier representations and correspondence from various authorities addressed to Assistant Manager.

On receipt of such representation, the Assistant General Manager, Region-II, Zonal Office, of the respondent Bank shall consider the same, take a decision and communicate the same by a reasoned order to the petitioner. Such decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of

submission of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
