This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging his reversion from Class IV post to Casual Labour. 3.

On 9.10.2002, while admitting this writ petition, this Court issued interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in class IV post. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
