THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20839 of 2008 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent temple that as a matter of fact, the petitioner is no more, and as on date, the fifth respondent is discharging duties as a trustee of the fourth respondent temple.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions.

In the light of the aforesaid respective submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. However, in view of the subsequent developments, it would be open for the parties to challenge the other proceedings, if any, in future.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
