When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned Standing counsel for E.S.I. Corporation, that the issue in the present writ petition is covered by the common order of this Court, dated 06.10.2015, in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents for redressal of their grievance. The said submission is not opposed. Following the above order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also dismissed with liberty as sought above.
