This application is filed seeking to re-open the Contempt Case No.938 of 2023 which was closed on 13.12.2024 as per the directions of this Court and punish the respondent under Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience and violation of the orders dated 02.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5564 of 2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent has submitted that pending adjudication of the contempt case, the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court and issued pattedar pass books and effected mutation as per law.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that there are no grounds to reopen the Contempt Case No.938 of 2023. Accordingly, this application is closed.

However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available under law, if mutation has not been effected in the revenue records or pattedar passbooks are not issued. _________ CVBR,J Bw
