Vinod Kumar) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that despite his best efforts to get in touch with the appellant to get instructions in the matter, he is unable to do so. He further submits that he has been informed that the appellant-company is not in existence any more, and therefore, he is not pressing the matter.

In view of the above, the SPLA is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
