HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.3341 of 2010 ORDER:

Mr. Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has received the pension, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. He, however states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a representation for arrears, if any, of the pension, remains to be paid.

Liberty as prayed is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
