THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1963 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.2256 of 2014 (crime No.669 of 2014 of Karimnagar (Rural) Police Station, Karimnagar) on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Karimnagar, for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions : The presence of petitioners herein is dispensed with before the trial Court and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in the C.C.No.2256 of 2014 and to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.
