Since there was no representation for the petitioner for a substantial period, on 25.10.2018, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.11.2018. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursing the matter.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
