Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. On 03.04.2012, the following interim order was passed: " Notice before admission.

Deputy Director, Regional Centre, National Institute of Open Schooling, Hyderabad, stands impleaded as party respondent No.3.

Petitioners are permitted to contact the third respondent with regard to the schedule of examination to appear for secondary and senior secondary supplemental examinations. If there is any remotest possibility to allow them, the third respondent to consider forthwith their request and to take suitable steps."

Having regard to the interim order, counsel for the petitioners does not press for further relief. The writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. No order as to costs.
