This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 03.11.2016 passed in E.A.No.16 of 2016 in E.P. No.43 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon.

A perusal of the record reveals that the trial Court disposed of the E.P., on 06.1.2017. In view of the disposal of the main E.P., the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
