These Writ Petitions are filed complaining inaction on the part of respondents in passing orders on the Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) application of the petitioners. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 - Municipality.

Considering the nature of relief which the petitioners seek, the Writ Petitions are disposed with a direction to respondent No.2 - Municipality to pass orders on the application of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
