This is a renewed bail application for petitioner/A1, whose earlier application in Crl.P.No. 4589 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 27.6.2017 in view of the pendency of investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Investigating Officer would finalize the investigation and likely to file the charge sheet within two weeks.
