The present Crimina.l Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.141 of 2O2L of Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits, on written instructions, that charge sheet is laid and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
