THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Contempt Case No.1283 of 2015 ORDER:

S r i K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after filing of the counter-affidavit in this contempt case, he tried to contact his client but was unable to do so. He therefore states that he has no option but to report no instructions.

As the petitioner himself evinces no interest in pursuing the matter and as several factual issues would arise for consideration which cannot be resolved in the absence of the petitioner, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
