THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7528 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.23 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mydukur, Y.S.R Kadapa District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the learned Magistrate after committing the case to the Court of Sessions, the learned Sessions Judge vide its Judgment, dated 08.07.2016, in S.C.No.398 of 2012 acquitted the petitioners and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
