HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6814 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in mutating the names of the petitioners and issuing of E-pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioners in respect of the property to an extent of Ac.2-81 cents situated in Sy.No.558/1 situated in Rayachoty Village, Rayachoty Municipality, YSR District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced endorsement dated 06-03-2017 rejecting the application of the petitioners and advising them to approach Civil Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said endorsement in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
