THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12444 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in processing the Application of the petitioners dated 06.08.2016 for building permission in respect of the premises bearing H.No. 10-5-391/54/10/D to G, Syed Nagar-II, First Lancer, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Sri N. Ashok Kumar, on instructions, submits that the permission sought by the petitioners has been rejected by proceedings dated 10.04.2017 taking into consideration the complaints lodged by Sri Mohd. Suleman and the President, Syed Nagar Social Welfare Association alleging that the petitioners have been making illegal constructions and also the report dated 18.03.2017 of the Tahsildar, Shaikpet Mandal.

A copy of the proceedings dated 10.04.2017 is supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners along with the material annexed thereto.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to take appropriate steps with respect to the proceedings dated 10.04.2017, if they are so advised. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
