THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.8681 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Dr. Y. Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submits that if the petitioners approach the Deputy Commissioner concerned, then she will hear them and consider their objection. In that view of the matter, we close the writ petition directing the Deputy Commissioner concerned to issue notice to the writ petitioners and on receipt of the same, if they turn up they shall be heard and, after considering their objection, an

appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till then no coercive measures shall be taken.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
