THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15335 of 2014 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the 8 months Leave Encashment, Group Insurance amount including not allowing the petitioner to operate his savings bank accounts to withdraw his amount of Rs.15,000/- + 20,000/- and not allowing his locker to be operated as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to release the leave encashment to the petitioner together with allowing him to withdraw his savings bank accounts of Rs.15,000/- + Rs.20,000/- of Jangaon and H.O. Branches of Warangal District Cooperative Central bank.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration learned Standing counsel for the respondents submits that though there was an order of recovery, as per the interim directions of this Court all the amounts payable to the petitioner were already settled and therefore no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. Having regard to the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
