On 17.09.2007, this Court while admitting the Writ Petition, granted interim suspension. Thereafter, it has not seen the day of the light.

Today, when this matter has been taken up for hearing, Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client.

Since this Writ Petition is of the year 2007, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the Writ Petition pending any further. Therefore, it is dismissed for default. No costs.
