HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4813 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the notifications ignoring the claims of the petitioners. Heard Sri Kowuturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the State Reorganization, the State of Telangana has issued a G.O.R.T.No.55 dated 12.05.2015 notifying the parameters for grant of fair price shop dealerships and in that view of the matter, the case of the petitioner may be considered in terms of the above said G.O. Considering the fair submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner subject to eligibility and desirability in terms of the G.O.R.T.No.55 dated 12.05.2015. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
