THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.4006 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 01.05.2017 passed in I.A.No.55 of 2016 in O.P.No.1429 of 2014 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition, to that effect, he also filed a letter dated 31.07.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
