Petitioner was employed as a Field Assistant in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in Aanuru Gram Panchayat, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District.

The 3rd respondent passed orders on 19.10.2015 terminating the petitioner's services for certain reasons. 3.

Petitioner had preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 16.11.2015 against the order passed by the 3rd respondent. Grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal is not been disposed by the 2nd respondent although a year has elapsed since its filing.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision there on to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision there on to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
