HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case Nos.1124, 1126 and 1127 of 2015 Common Order:

These contempt cases are filed alleging non-implementation of the orders dated 29.01.2015 passed in W.P.Nos.1048, 1455 and 1128 of 2015 respectively.

The cases relate to release of grant to the petitioners. The Writ Petitions were disposed of way back in the year 2015 and, when no action was taken, this Court passed an order on 17.03.2017 granting time finally for complying with the order and calling the Secretary to School Education Department to appear before this Court, in case of non-compliance. Today, when the matters are taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the orders are complied with.

In view of the same, no further proceedings are required in the Contempt Cases. Accordingly, the Contempt Cases are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed.
