This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :
"To declare the action of Respondents 1 and 2 in interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner at the instance of the third respondent though his notices though the contents thereof are found to be incorrect and beyond truth, as being illegal, arbitrary and against all cannos of justice and law and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner or the possession over the lands in survey No.1222/1-B and 1222/2 of Koparthivaripalli village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor district to an extent of Acs:5-10 cents and Ac::1-00 cents and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. While ordering notice before admission this Court on 27/4/2012 granted interim order directing the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute with the subject matter of OS.No.23 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Piler.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the Government Pleader that the writ petition can be closed by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute with the subject matter of OS.No.23 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Piler. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
