THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO W.P. Nos.12441 and 12471 of 2007 COMMON ORDER :
These two writ petitions can be disposed of together, in view of the issue involved.

These Writ Petitions are filed by two different petitioners seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to recommend their cases to Respondents 3 to 5 for allotting alternate plots from any approved layout within the limits of the Yamnapet village or adjacent village within the Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which are suitable for residential construction activity, forthwith.
3. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner in W.P. No.12441 of 2007 is the owner of Plot No.47 in Survey No.138, admeasuring 200 square yards situated in Yamnapet Village, Ghatkesar Mandal and the petitioner in W.P.No.12471 of 2007 is the owner of Plot No.60 in Survey No.138, admeasuring 200 square yards, situated in Yamnapet Village, Ghatkesar Mandal.
While so, the respondents 1 and 2 have acquired the said lands and also laid the pipeline of LPG through the said lands.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions that in view of the fact
that the plots of the petitioners have been acquired by the respondents 1 and 2, it is proper on the part of respondents 1 and 2 to recommend the cases of the petitioners to Respondents 3 to 5 for allotting alternate plots from any approved layout within the limits of the Yamnapet village or adjacent village within the Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
5. Having heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of as follows :

Petitioners in both the writ petitions are directed to prefer representations before the respondents 1 and 2, if so advised, and on such representations being filed, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to recommend the cases of the petitioners to respondents 3 to 5 for allotting alternate plots from any approved layout within the limits of the Yamnapet village or adjacent village within the Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, if the law so permits.
7. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs in both the writ petitions. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in both the Writ Petitions are closed.
