THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12842 OF 2015 ORDER:
This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking bail in crime No.419 of 2015 on the file of the Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 294 IPC and Sections 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. Heard and perused.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and the other accused involved in organizing prostitution. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is falsely implicated in the case. He prays this Court to grant bail to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
