It is stated by the Standing Counsel for 4th respondent, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, that petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of appeal before the 3rd respondent and he can challenge the order of the 4th respondent dt.11.09.2017 before 3rd respondent.

In view of the existence of effective alternative remedy of appeal, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the 3rd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
