HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10523 OF 2019 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that he filed revision before the 1st respondent along with stay petition aggrieved by the order dt.29.01.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.34 of 2015 in respect of the land to an extent of 6.50 guntas in Sy.No.138, 139 and 140, situated at Janampet Village, Pinapaka Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District, but, the said stay petition is rejected vide impugned order dt.30.04.2019 in Memo No.456/LTR/2019, without issuing any notice and without giving any reasons and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, though this Court in WP.No.4951 of 2019, dt.12.03.2019, directed the 1st respondent to issue notice and pass a speaking order.

This Court on 22.05.2019 has already granted interim direction duly suspending the operation of the impugned order dt.30.04.2019. In view of the same and since the statutory revision is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision itself within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the unofficial respondents. Till passing of orders in the revision, Status quo, obtaining as on today shall be maintained.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 21.06.2019 t k.
