THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.4408, 4409 & 4410 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since O.S.No.327 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chitoor District, was already disposed of, the relief sought for by the petitioners in these Civil Revision Petitions has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision Petitions shall stand closed.
