On 02.06.2017 when the matter was called there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 09.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is called, Sri M.Basith Ali Yavar, Advocate submitted that he has given up vakalat long back and the party does not appear despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
