Heard Mr. Mirza Ajhar Baig for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

On 14.11.2016 at request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned to today.

In spite of granting sufficient time, the respondents have not sent instructions to the Assistant Government Pleader.

This Court, having regard to the orders already passed in this behalf in WP.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015, disposes the instant writ petition by following the decision in WP.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 with a direction to second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicle. The petitioner is permitted to make application to second respondent for release of the seized vehicle. The second respondent is directed to consider representation and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3 Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.5 Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of application.
