HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.34815 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in denying the admission to the petitioner in the 5th respondent college in D.E.D. course for 2013-14, as being illegal and unconstitutional. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.

This Court, by interim order dated 03.12.2013, directed one seat to be reserved in D.E.D. course in the 5th respondent college pending further orders. Subsequent thereto by another interim order dated 18.06.2014, this Court permitted the petitioner to attend classes and the college was also directed to mark her attendance. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the petitioner had attended the classes, took the examination and completed the D.E.D. course. The learned Counsel submits that since the petitioner completed the course and the authorities having issued certificate, her qualification may be protected. Having regard to the submission made and the fact that the D.E.D. course is for a period of two years and since, the petitioner has completed the course pursuant to the interim orders granted, this Court

is of the view, that the certificate obtained by the petitioner by completing her study shall not be disputed or disturbed by the respondent authorities.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
