THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1678 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 04.2.2016 passed in I.A. No.134 of 2016 in O.S. No.992 of 2012 on the file of the VII Additional District Court-cum-Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

As per the Office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 13.7.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
