HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CONTEMPT CASE No.1121 OF 2O1O ORAL ORDER:
None appears for the petitioners.
2. This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of order dated 0l.O2.2OlO in W.P. Nos.16204 and 23985 ol 2OOO. Vide the aforesaid order this Court allowed the writ petitions directing the respondents to implement the orders dated 13.06.1996 in W.C No.79 of 1995 forthwith.

The saicl contempt case is filed against Smt. B. Yogra Sheela, the Deputy Commissioner ol Labour, Ranga Reddy District Zone, Hyderabad.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No.l (Yogra Sheela) filed counter contending that she never held the post of either the I"t or 2nd respondent therein from the date of her initial appointment till date.
4. During course of hearing, it is also brought to the notice of this Court that Smt.B.Yogra Sheela-respondent died during pendency of the present contempt case.
5. It is also relevant to note that the petitioners herein have filed C.A No.49 1 of 2Ol1 in C.C No.1l21 of 2OlO seeking permission to amend the name of respondent by substituting Smt. Padmaja, now up graded as Joint Commissioner of Labour. Thereafter, she transferred and retired from services 7.
Even then the petitioners herein did not take any steps and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners herein.

Therefore, the contempt case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to take steps to restore the present contempt case, if any cause survives.
