This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.141 of 2017 in O.S.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Kadapa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
