This Crirninal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners- ( I accused Nos.1 to 4 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.95 of 2023 pending on the file of learned VIII Principal Junior Civil Judge cum Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Cyberabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 778 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the year 2020, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned VIII Principal Junior Civil Judge cum Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Cyberabad, to dispose of the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
