Sridhar, the learned counsel representing Ms. N. Malathi Naidu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this case has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
The learned counsel for the respondents gives an undertaking before this Court that since the permission has been extended till December, 2019, the electricity supply to the petitioner unit shall be restored forthwith by the respondents. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
